Digital Delivery Policy

Ceth Cloud is the brand used by the Ceth storefront at cethcheats.cc. Contact: [email protected] or contact support on Discord.

All products sold through the Ceth store are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment or postal shipping charge.

Where your key is sent

After payment is confirmed and stock is allocated, the license key is sent to the email entered at checkout. Keep that address accurate and check its spam or junk folder. The payment return page shows the order's current payment and delivery status. Keep its private link confidential.

Payment confirmation

Delivery is automated, but it is not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Card processing, blockchain confirmations, network congestion, provider interruptions or a delivery failure can delay an order. Pending, underpaid or expired cryptocurrency invoices require confirmation or support review before fulfillment. Pay only the coin and network shown on your invoice.

Stock and missing deliveries

The checkout checks available stock before creating a new order. If payment has completed and you have not received a key, contact [email protected] with your order ID and checkout email. Do not place another order just to request the same delivery. A payment receipt or blockchain transaction identifier can help us locate a payment; never send wallet secrets.

License options and installation

For orders placed from October 23, 2026, a final paid total of $40 USD or more after discounts qualifies for one free FTPM Swoofer One Time, provided an unreserved key is in stock when payment is confirmed. The gift is included in the same email as your purchased keys and has no additional charge. If gift stock is unavailable, your purchased products are delivered normally and the email notes that the gift was out of stock.

The purchased option is shown in your order confirmation. Follow the supplied activation instructions. If you selected installation assistance, contact support to arrange that service; receiving a key does not mean the installation appointment has already been completed.
