This notice explains how Ceth handles information through cethcheats.cc and its checkout and support services. For privacy requests, contact [email protected]. This notice covers the store; software supplied with a license may have separate information about activation and device data.
Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout. Our storefront does not ask for or store your full card number or security code. We do not need your wallet seed phrase, private key or account password.
We use order information to provide a quote, collect payment, deliver license keys, respond to requests and resolve payment or delivery issues. Technical information helps us prevent abuse and investigate failures. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on performing the purchase contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, or applicable legal obligations. Consent is used where required for optional processing.
Relevant information is processed through Stripe for card payments, our Bitcart installation and its blockchain connections for cryptocurrency payments, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for site delivery and security, and our hosting provider. Authorized staff use Discord to manage stock and view order notifications, which can include an order identifier, products, amount, payment status and IP address. Support messages sent through Discord are also subject to Discord's own privacy practices. We may disclose records when required by valid legal process.
Providers and infrastructure may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements continue to apply.
When you request a loader download, we check the submitted license key against paid orders and record the download time and transfer status. Download notifications for authorized staff in Discord include the buyer email from the order, product, license key, order identifier and file name. These records support delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
The site stores your cart in local storage and pending checkout information in session storage so that a checkout can be retried. Cloudflare may use security cookies to recognize a completed browser check. Payment and support services can use their own storage on their websites. Clearing browser storage removes saved cart information and may require another security check. Any future optional marketing or tracking features must be assessed separately and obtain consent where required.
Product video previews are hosted on this site. Clicking a video's play button loads an embedded YouTube player from youtube-nocookie.com, which connects your browser to YouTube and shares technical information such as your IP address and the site origin. YouTube's own privacy practices apply to playback.
Support chat saves your messages, topic and any photos, videos or audio you choose to send. A secure cookie remembers your chat in the same browser for up to 90 days. Clearing this cookie or using a different browser removes your access to that conversation. Support staff can read and reply through the private panel. Closing a ticket clears it from the visitor chat; its history and submitted attachments remain available to authorized support staff for support records. Unsent uploads are removed after 24 hours. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
Voice recording asks for microphone access only when you press Record. Recordings are limited to one minute and are attached for your review before you press Send. Staff availability reflects an open Tickets tab and recent staff activity; reply times are estimates.
We measure visible storefront visits, page views and browser sessions active within the last five minutes. A random session cookie groups visits from the same browser until its session ends; it is separate from orders and panel accounts. Our traffic database stores a hash of this random identifier, UTC day, last activity time and page-view count for up to 30 calendar days. It does not store IP addresses, page addresses, query strings or payment details. IP addresses are used temporarily in memory to limit requests. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Clearing the session cookie starts a new anonymous session, so the figures estimate browser sessions rather than identify individual people.
Order, delivery and support records are retained as needed to provide the purchase, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Access is restricted, and the public website does not serve the order database or server credentials. No online system can guarantee that a security incident will never occur.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of or objection to processing, and may complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact [email protected] with enough information to identify your order. We may verify ownership before releasing or changing records. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request. Please do not send identity documents unless a specific, justified verification request is made.
The store is intended for adults able to enter a purchase contract. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Changes to this notice will be published with an updated date.
