Ceth Cloud is the brand used by the Ceth storefront at cethcheats.cc. Contact: [email protected] or contact support on Discord.
Ceth supplies digital license keys and optional installation assistance. Digital purchases do not involve returning a physical item. This policy explains how we handle problems and does not restrict refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
Write to [email protected] if payment was taken but the key was not delivered, a key is invalid, the delivered product differs from the order, a duplicate charge occurred, or the product does not perform as described on a supported configuration. Include your order ID, checkout email and a brief explanation. Screenshots may help, but redact passwords, full keys and payment details.
We check payment, allocation and delivery records and may ask for relevant troubleshooting information. Depending on the issue and your legal rights, a resolution may include delivery, a replacement, correction, a price reduction or a refund. Contacting support does not prevent you from using statutory remedies or a payment provider's dispute process.
Once a valid key has been delivered or activated, we do not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind guarantee. This does not override any withdrawal right that applies to your purchase. Where immediate delivery of digital content can end a withdrawal right, this requires the conditions set by applicable law, including any required express consent and acknowledgement. Merely reading this policy or receiving a key does not substitute for those conditions.
If you purchased assistance that has not been provided, contact us to arrange it or request cancellation. Rights relating to a started or completed service depend on the service delivered and the law applicable to your purchase.
Approved card refunds are normally returned through the original payment provider. The time until funds appear depends on the provider and your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds require verification of the order and an agreed receiving address and network; blockchain transfers cannot simply be reversed. Any applicable amount, conversion or network fee will be explained before a refund is sent, subject to your legal rights.
Do not send an extra cryptocurrency payment to “unlock” a refund, and do not disclose a seed phrase or private key. Report suspected fraud to [email protected].
